Doing another yoga challenge over at Instagram. It was hosted by Tiff (@flowingyogini) over the last couple of weeks. But the timing was not good for me, so I am doing it now, with her blessing of course ❤

Here is my first day:

August – 2014

My yoga practice has come back to life! Oh so happy! It got kick started by a beautiful challenge I did on Instagram last month, hosted by Jessy that is behind #LugoYoga ❤

It was a different yogachallenge than anyone I have ever tried before. And I managed to stay with it till the end, and that’s a first! I even pushed some limits and ended up doing head stand and handstand! It felt scary but also great to try it out 🙂

I have also started on a beginner class in a studio close by, and it feels good to start from basic and get some help to get the right poses from a beginner level.

My plan is to get more home practice going, but the motivation is like a roller coaster, so I’m focusing a lot on meditation and studying the yoga theory. I’m right now learning a lot about the eight limbs of yoga. And like I learned through the #LugoYoga challenge I AM yoga, I’m not doing yoga 🙂 A beautiful person on Instagram also thought me this, thank you @alvemamman ❤

The challenge also taught us a lot about our chakras, and since I always have been interested in the energies, I’m gonna dive deeper into it and read more about chakras and how to balance them. I will creat a page for chakras later when I have more knowledge to share 🙂

Here are some pics from my yoga journey last month:
